RTÉ Nationwide Programme on Achill Achill was the subject of RTÉ's Nationwide TV programme on 3rd September 2007. The show was based on award winning photographer Robert Redmond and his recently published book 'Achill Voices', which records his experience of Achill Island in words and pictures. Also featured in the broadcast was rare archive footage of Achill in times past, and interviews with local people - including the manager of Achill Tourism. Achill DVD Achill Tourism launched its DVD in December 2006. This 40 minute video is shot in High Definition and is available in multi region format with commentary in English, Irish and German. Click for Details
